Two-Piece Sliding Structure: Outer sleeve telescopes over the inner tray with a precision-calibrated sliding tolerance for smooth, consistent operation on automated cartoning lines. Finger-Pull Tab: Integrated die-cut tab on the inner tray base for easy patient opening — ideal for elderly and arthritis-friendly packaging standards. Full-Panel Printing: All four outer sleeve panels and the inner tray base panel are printable, maximising branding real estate and regulatory text space. Tamper Evidence Integration: Compatible with printed tear-strips, shrink-band seals, and adhesive tamper-evident labels applied over the sleeve-tray junction. High-Speed Compatible: Engineered to run on standard linear and rotary cartoning machines (Uhlmann, Marchesini, IMA) at rated line speeds. GS1 Barcode & Serialization Ready: Dedicated on-pack zones for linear barcodes, 2D DataMatrix serialization codes, batch/lot numbers, and QR codes.
